California’s Panini Kabob Grill Expands with New Chandler Location

Panini Kabob Grill, a renowned California-based restaurant chain known for its healthful Mediterranean cuisine, is set to open a new location in Chandler, Arizona, in 2026. While the exact site for the restaurant has not yet been disclosed, the company has announced this expansion on its official website, stating that it is “coming soon” to the area.

Founded in 1997, Panini Kabob Grill specializes in Mediterranean dishes with Persian influences, crafted in scratch kitchens. The restaurant emphasizes the use of high-quality, fresh ingredients, and is committed to preparing meals to order without serving pre-cooked or re-heated foods.

Menu Highlights and Catering Options

The menu features a diverse selection of dishes, including marinated kabobs made from various proteins such as chicken, beef, salmon, and jumbo shrimp. In addition to kabobs, customers can enjoy a range of pastas, soups, salads, and appetizers.

Panini Kabob Grill also offers catering services for events and gatherings. Catering platters include hummus trays, assorted kabobs, various salads, and desserts. For family dining, the restaurant provides family pasta trays designed to serve four to six people, which come with bread and a choice of Mediterranean Greek, romaine avocado, or Caesar salad.

With approximately 30 locations primarily in Southern California, Panini Kabob Grill is expanding its footprint. The company plans to open several more restaurants in California, along with locations in Las Vegas and Chandler, Arizona.

The anticipated arrival of Panini Kabob Grill in Chandler is expected to draw interest from local residents seeking healthy dining options. As the restaurant chain continues to grow, it aims to build on its reputation for quality Mediterranean food while introducing its unique flavors to new markets.
