Omni Hotels & Resorts has unveiled plans for a new hotel in Raleigh, North Carolina, set to open at 10 W. South St. in 2028. The development will feature over 550 guest rooms and a range of amenities, including meeting spaces, various dining options, a rooftop pool, a spa, and a fitness center.

A notable highlight of the Omni Hotel will be the inclusion of a Bob’s Steak & Chop House, a well-established chain known for its high-quality prime beef. According to the Triangle Business Journal, Bob’s Steak & Chop House has been serving customers since its inception in 1993 in Dallas, Texas, and has expanded to 15 locations across the United States, including states such as Arizona, California, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Many of these restaurants are integrated within Omni Hotels nationwide.

The steakhouse prides itself on providing a premium dining experience, focusing on prime USDA beef sourced from the Chicago-based Stock Yards Meat Packing Company. Alongside its renowned steaks, the menu also features fresh bread, seafood, and a variety of side dishes. Bob’s Steak & Chop House is particularly noted for its award-winning wine selection, creating a well-rounded dining atmosphere.

According to the restaurant’s website, “Since 1993, Bob’s Steak & Chop House has built upon a reputation of quality, tradition, and authenticity, gracefully striking the perfect balance of comfort and caliber at each of our locations.” The chain emphasizes that each restaurant maintains exceptional dining and service standards, specializing in flavorful steaks that are hand-selected from the top two percent of USDA prime beef.

As the Omni Hotel prepares to break ground, the addition of Bob’s Steak & Chop House highlights a commitment to enhancing the culinary landscape in Raleigh. The hotel’s diverse offerings are expected to attract both business and leisure travelers, contributing to the area’s growing hospitality sector.

With the anticipated opening in 2028, the Omni Hotel and its accompanying restaurant will join a vibrant community, poised to elevate the dining and accommodation experience in the heart of Raleigh.
