Infosys Launches Topaz Fabric to Enhance Enterprise AI Capabilities

Infosys, a prominent global player in digital services and consulting, introduced its latest innovation, **Infosys Topaz Fabric**, on November 3, 2025. This new offering presents a composable stack of artificial intelligence (AI) agents, services, and models designed to optimize and accelerate enterprise IT service delivery. The launch took place in **Bengaluru, India**, highlighting Infosys’ commitment to advancing enterprise AI investments.

Infosys Topaz Fabric aims to simplify access to integrated and modular services through a comprehensive platform. By reimagining IT processes and enhancing existing investments, the solution fosters AI-led capabilities while maintaining flexibility and avoiding vendor lock-in. The services provided encompass IT operations, transformation services, quality engineering, and cybersecurity, supported by over 50 purpose-built agents for IT operations. These agents are designed for seamless integration with nine major enterprise platforms.

Infosys emphasizes the importance of collaboration between AI agents and human workers. The AI agents manage end-to-end workflows, automate tasks, and assist humans in executing their responsibilities. For instance, the **Infosys AI HR agent** can handle employee inquiries about business travel via chat or email, generating the necessary travel requests automatically. Human oversight ensures that these AI solutions remain accurate, ethical, and contextually relevant.

Satish H.C., Chief Delivery Officer at Infosys, expressed the transformative potential of the new platform, stating, “**Infosys Topaz Fabric** brings to our clients the resilience that comes from combining the transformative powers of artificial intelligence with human creativity to supercharge service delivery across the enterprise landscape.” He further noted that this approach allows clients to leverage their existing investments while enhancing their service stack, ultimately providing a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving business environment.

Laxmi Srinivas Samayamantri, Vice President of Global Engineering, Data & Architecture at **Nu Skin**, highlighted their collaboration with Infosys. “Together, we are expanding this further with **Infosys Topaz Fabric** by enabling Agent Assist features, which we anticipate will increase automation for application and infrastructure support, enhance resilience, and elevate the user experience,” she stated.

The launch of **Infosys Topaz Fabric** is further amplified through partnerships with AI solution providers and startups from the Infosys ecosystem. This strategy is designed to accelerate the realization of value from enterprise AI transformation programs.
