Border’s Biggest Catwalk Set to Dazzle and Raise Funds Tomorrow

URGENT UPDATE: Tomorrow, the highly anticipated Border’s Biggest Catwalk will take over The Lincoln in Wodonga, showcasing stunning fashion while raising crucial funds for Country Hope. This spectacular event kicks off at 6:30 PM, with the show starting at 7:30 PM on October 3, 2023.

Five local fashion houses are set to hit the runway, promising a night filled with glamour, entertainment, and purpose. Attendees can expect an exclusive showcase of men’s and women’s fashion, featuring everything from elegant dresses to formal suits and outdoor labels.

Event organizer Sharyn Bilston, who has spearheaded this initiative, emphasized the unique blend of fashion and charity. “It’s a wow event of entertainment, singing, dancing, and fashion,” she stated. The show aims to support regional families facing life-threatening illnesses, with all proceeds going directly to Country Hope.

Adding to the excitement, rising star Livy B, a Top 21 finalist on Australian Idol, will not only model but also perform during the event. Her involvement highlights the community spirit that has rallied around this cause.

Bilston praised the collaborative effort from local businesses and volunteers, stating, “I’m so proud of the team effort. You’d swear to God, it was something from Paris!”

Tickets are priced at $75, which includes hot and cold canapés and platters. The event also features a raffle and auction, creating more opportunities to contribute to this worthy cause.

As the community prepares for tomorrow’s spectacle, Bilston underscored the urgency of supporting families in need. “Country Hope is working tirelessly at the moment, with a lot of unwell kids and families doing it tough,” she explained.

This is not just a fashion show; it’s a powerful reminder of the strength and resilience within the Border community. For those interested in attending, tickets can be booked via Eventbrite. For table reservations or dietary requests, contact Sharyn Bilston directly at 0418 652 769.

Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to enjoy a night of fashion while making a significant impact in the lives of local families.
