A new dining concept is on the horizon for San Jose, with plans to open at 2986 Almaden Expressway. The establishment, which has yet to be named, recently submitted an application for an alcohol license. This development places it alongside existing local favorites, including Real Kabob Persian Mediterranean Grill, Red Room Hookah Lounge, and Supreme Doughnuts.
Inquiries made to the restaurant’s owner, Lady Zulena Lizcano Reyes, provided little additional information regarding the concept or its anticipated opening date. Reyes has a background in the San Jose restaurant scene, having previously owned several establishments, including the now-closed Arepas & Mas, La Cantina Sports Bar, and Meli’s Restaurant. She is also associated with Hacienda Parrilla Bar, which offers a menu featuring traditional Colombian dishes such as steak and eggs and bandeja paisa.
The new restaurant is expected to contribute to the vibrant culinary landscape of San Jose. Although specifics about the menu and dining experience remain undisclosed, the introduction of a fresh concept adds excitement for local food enthusiasts.
As of now, no official opening date has been announced, but updates can be followed through social media channels such as What Now San Francisco. This new venture is part of a broader trend in San Jose, where innovative dining experiences continue to attract attention and diners alike.
