UPDATE: A nephew has been charged with the murder of his uncle following an alleged shooting at their home in Goulburn. Draven Breeze, 24, is accused of fatally shooting Robert Breeze, 55, during a violent incident that unfolded on Cathcart Street.

Authorities report that the shooting occurred sometime between 6 PM on August 21 and 8 AM on August 22. Police were summoned to the residence at 8 AM after receiving a welfare concern. Upon arrival, they discovered Robert Breeze with “significant facial injuries” and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Draven Breeze was apprehended while walking on View Street at approximately 7 PM on August 22. He has been charged with murder and remains in police custody, having not applied for bail.
