The suspect, Jarred Richard Kennedy, aged 30, faces an astonishing 100-plus charges, including 15 counts of aggravated burglary and 27 counts of burglary. Officers executed a search of Kennedy’s residence around 8 AM, recovering items believed to be linked to the series of burglaries.

Authorities reported that out of the total incidents, 15 occurred while residents were present, raising significant concerns about safety in the community.
