Analysts Predict 15-30% Gains for Top ASX Dividend Stocks

URGENT UPDATE: Two promising ASX dividend stocks are attracting attention from analysts, with predictions of a 15% to 30% surge in their share prices. This news is critical for investors looking to enhance their income portfolios this September.

The analysts at Macquarie Group have identified Qualitas Ltd (ASX: QAL) as a compelling buy, forecasting a potential price target of $3.98 per share, which indicates a potential upside of 16% from its current price of $3.43. Qualitas, a leading alternative real estate fund manager, is expected to experience robust earnings growth with a projected 19% increase in EPS for FY 2026. The broker anticipates fully franked dividends of 11.5 cents per share in FY 2026 and 13.2 cents per share in FY 2027, translating to attractive dividend yields of 3.4% and 3.8% respectively.

Meanwhile, Treasury Wine Estates Ltd (ASX: TWE) is also on the radar, with analysts from Morgans maintaining a buy rating. They project the share price could rise to $10.10, representing a staggering 32% increase over the next year. Following a recent dip, TWE’s current share price of $7.64 positions it as undervalued. The company, known for brands like Penfolds and 19 Crimes, is expected to deliver partially franked dividends of 41 cents per share in FY 2026 and 46 cents in FY 2027, yielding 5.4% and 6% respectively.

Investors should take note: both stocks are poised for significant growth amid economic headwinds.

“TWE’s FY25 result was in line with guidance, reporting a credible 17% growth in EBITS during a period of macroeconomic challenges,”

said Morgans. The firm anticipates further growth led by its flagship Penfolds brand.

As the market reacts, investors should keep a close watch on these stocks for potential gains. With analysts backing these selections, now might be the time to consider an adjustment to income portfolios.

Stay tuned for further updates as the situation develops. These insights come amid broader market trends, highlighting the ongoing investment opportunities within the ASX landscape.
