Brooke Seward Takes Helm as Publisher of SALIFE Magazine

Brooke Seward has been appointed as the new publisher of SALIFE, South Australia’s leading lifestyle magazine, according to an announcement from Solstice Media. Seward, who has been with the magazine since its launch in November 2003, previously served as the director of sales, where she significantly contributed to the brand’s expansion across both print and digital platforms.

Under Seward’s leadership, SALIFE has grown beyond its primary publication to include specialized editions such as SALIFE Gardens and Outdoor Living, SALIFE Food + Wine + Travel, and SALIFE Premium Property. The magazine also boasts a dedicated website, active social media channels, and a digital subscription service that has attracted a diverse readership.

In a statement, Solstice Media’s managing director, Paul Hamra, praised Seward’s commitment to the brand. He noted, “Brooke has devoted a career of passion to build the title; it is only fitting for her to become the magazine publisher. A very deserving appointment.” Hamra emphasized Seward’s deep understanding of the magazine’s identity and market potential, expressing confidence in her ability to drive future growth.

Seward expressed her enthusiasm for the role, stating, “It’s such a privilege to step into the role of publisher at SALIFE. Over the years, we have built a brand that truly celebrates the people, places, and lifestyle in South Australia.” She conveyed her excitement about continuing to connect with readers and showcasing the best of the region.

SALIFE is widely available through major retailers such as Coles and Woolworths, as well as independent supermarkets. The magazine can also be accessed through print and digital subscriptions, catering to a broad audience interested in lifestyle content.

With Seward at the helm, SALIFE is poised for further innovation and engagement with its audience, reinforcing its status as a key player in the lifestyle magazine market of South Australia.
