Jiang’s Kitchen Set to Delight Downtown Orlando with Dumplings

A new culinary destination is on the horizon for downtown Orlando. Jiang’s Kitchen will open its doors at 27 E. Robinson Street in January 2026. The restaurant, known for its homemade dumplings, will be situated in the vibrant Arts District, conveniently located within walking distance of Lake Eola and Creative Village. This announcement was first reported by the Orlando Business Journal and later confirmed by Eric Jiang, the restaurant’s owner, on the Orlando Asian Foodies Facebook page.

Jiang’s Kitchen aims to provide a unique dining experience with an open-concept kitchen that allows guests to witness the preparation of fresh dumplings. Among the offerings will be soup dumplings, which are known for bursting with flavorful broth when bitten. Diners can expect a variety of fillings, including beef, shrimp, pork, and crab. While a detailed menu has yet to be released, additional items such as noodles, sushi, and traditional Chinese dishes are anticipated to complement the dumplings.

The restaurant will span 2,900 square feet and feature seating for up to 86 guests in its dining area. A full bar will also be available, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Eric Jiang brings significant experience to this new venture. He currently operates Sushi Izuki in Orlando and has previously managed Mitsuba Ramen Noodle in both Syracuse, New York and Hartford, Connecticut. Additionally, he owns Moochi, a mochi doughnut shop in Syracuse, showcasing his diverse culinary background.

As the opening date approaches, anticipation is building in the local community for this new addition to downtown Orlando’s dining scene. With a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and a unique culinary experience, Jiang’s Kitchen aims to become a favorite among residents and visitors alike.
