URGENT UPDATE: Lifestyle Communities Brookfield just celebrated its 20th anniversary with a vibrant event attended by approximately 150 homeowners on October 20, 2023. The festivities included cake, bouquets, live music, and a lavish buffet lunch, marking two decades since the opening of its beloved clubhouse, a hub for resort-style amenities.
The anniversary celebration featured heartfelt tributes, including special recognition for two long-time residents, Jean Clarke, 102, and Sylvia Whitehead, 87, who were honored with certificates and bouquets of stunning Singapore orchids. The event, organized by the Brookfield Homeowners Committee and Lifestyle Communities, was designed to be a memorable occasion, especially amid recent management changes.
Teresa Butcher, vice president of the Homeowners Committee, expressed her satisfaction with the turnout. “All the feedback has been very positive… we’ve had nothing but congratulations from the homeowners on the event. They said it was fantastic,” Butcher stated. “It was something that needed to be done, it needed to be organised… because we’ve got a change in management, it was better that we did it and it didn’t get overlooked.”
The celebration also included engaging speeches and a sit-down buffet, complete with champagne, making it a day to remember. According to Lifestyle Communities, the Brookfield clubhouse is considered the “beating heart” of the community, where residents enjoy swimming, socializing, and various recreational activities.
This milestone not only reflects the community’s growth over the past two decades but also highlights the strong connections among residents. The event’s success underscores the ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive and vibrant living environment at Lifestyle Communities Brookfield.
As the community looks ahead, residents can expect continued engagement and activities that uphold the spirit of camaraderie that has defined the past 20 years.
