Barham Real Estate Leader Joins Ray White Network for Growth

BREAKING: In a major development for the Barham community, local real estate expert Lauren Polkinghorne has officially joined the Ray White network after 20 years of independent operation. This shift promises to enhance local services and expand opportunities for residents along the Murray River.

Polkinghorne, who founded her agency two decades ago, cites shared family values and a commitment to community service as key reasons for this significant alignment. “What drew us to Ray White was the real family connection,” said Polkinghorne, highlighting the importance of maintaining a family-run business. Her husband, Lloyd, also plays a crucial role, supporting operations through his ownership of a local newspaper.

With this transition, the Ray White Barham office is undergoing a complete renovation and will operate with a dedicated team of six, including three salespeople. The agency manages approximately 300 properties across the New South Wales-Victoria border, focusing on both residential and commercial markets.

Polkinghorne emphasized that core values of transparency and exceptional client service will remain unchanged. “When we join Ray White, we want to continue providing the service we always have, but with the backing of a national network,” she stated. As recruitment plans unfold over the next six months, the agency aims to enhance its community impact.

The Golden Rivers area, known for its low crime rates and growing appeal to young families, stands to benefit significantly from this partnership. “We’re excited to be part of the Ray White team,” Polkinghorne declared. “We’ll be growing the commercial side of our business while continuing to provide the residential and property management services our clients rely on.”

Officials from Ray White, including Tim Snell, CEO of Ray White NSW & ACT, expressed their enthusiasm for this collaboration. “This partnership represents the kind of alignment we value most,” Snell remarked, noting Polkinghorne’s strong local roots and outstanding reputation.

The integration of local expertise with Ray White’s vast resources and technology platforms is set to create new opportunities for Barham and its residents. This strategic move is not just a change in ownership; it symbolizes a fresh chapter for a community that values its local businesses.

As the transition unfolds, all eyes are on how this partnership will reshape the real estate landscape in Barham. Residents can expect enhanced service offerings and a revitalized approach to property management in their region.

Stay tuned for more updates as Ray White Barham embarks on this exciting journey, promising to deliver exceptional service with a community-focused approach.
