Macadons, a popular dessert cafe known for its macarons and Asian-inspired treats, is set to open its second location in Bellevue, Washington. The new cafe will officially open on November 8, 2025, and is located at 101 116th Ave SE, inside Lexus of Bellevue. This expansion signifies a significant step for the brand, which first opened its doors in Seattle in 2015.
The partnership with Lexus of Bellevue is also noteworthy, as it underscores Macadons’ commitment to collaboration and community engagement. Owner and CEO Michael Huynh expressed enthusiasm about the new venture, stating, “Our mission has always been to create a platform for culture, collaboration, and community, and Bellevue feels like the perfect next step.” He emphasized that this partnership allows Macadons to offer a sophisticated yet vibrant dessert experience to the Eastside community.
Exclusive Offerings and Grand Opening Celebration
The Bellevue cafe will feature an array of exclusive macaron flavors, as well as artisanal coffee, teas, and savory bites. Customers can also enjoy free parking and complimentary Wi-Fi on-site, making it a convenient spot for both locals and visitors.
To celebrate the grand opening, Macadons will host a special event on November 8 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The celebration will include live music, free samples of their products, and exclusive gifts for attendees. This event aims to not only introduce the new cafe but also to engage the community in a festive atmosphere.
As Macadons takes this significant step in its growth, it continues to emphasize its roots in culture and community, demonstrating how local businesses can thrive through strategic partnerships while maintaining their unique identity.
