The excitement continues on Saturday, November 22, with the launch of Odd Socks, a quarterly dance event designed to celebrate individuality and authenticity. This inclusive gathering invites attendees to express themselves freely, embodying the spirit of mismatched socks as a symbol of joy and self-expression.
Curated by local DJ Kate Doherty, Odd Socks promises a lineup of eclectic DJs spanning genres such as techno, house, minimal, electro, and drum and bass. The event features renowned artists like Paula Temple and DJ Sprinkles, alongside Marc Demo, an underground veteran with over 20 years of experience performing in cities like Sydney and Dublin. Also joining the lineup is Matt Vaughan, known for his role in Sydney’s iconic queer party, Loose Ends.
Doors for Odd Socks will open at 18:00, with a $15 cocktail happy hour and delicious street food from Beau’s Burgers.
