Falcon Executive Aviation Unveils Dubai’s First Private Terminal for Air Mobility

UPDATE: Falcon Executive Aviation has just announced the launch of Dubai’s first fully private terminal designed for helicopters, private jets, and next-generation eVTOL mobility. This groundbreaking development, unveiled at the Dubai Airshow on November 22, 2025, positions Dubai as a leader in urban air mobility.

The new terminal, constructed on a 6,380 sqm plot, is engineered to serve as a multi-modal hub, integrating private jet, helicopter, and eVTOL services under one roof. This initiative marks a significant transformation in how air travel will function in Dubai, offering seamless transitions for travelers between different modes of transport.

“This terminal marks a decisive shift in Dubai’s aviation future,” stated Sultan Rashit Abdulla Rashit Al Shene, Founder & Chairman of Alex Group Investment. He emphasized that this facility is not just an addition to existing services but a foundation for the future of air mobility in the region.

The terminal includes direct access to a helipad and vertiport, facilitating immediate arrivals and departures for helicopters and eVTOL aircraft. This design ensures that passengers can land via private jet, clear customs in privacy, and continue their journey swiftly by helicopter or eVTOL for rapid point-to-point travel across the city.

In addition to its operational capabilities, the terminal will feature luxury amenities, including high-end retail, private banking, and dedicated VIP lounges, creating an efficient and premium vertical-mobility ecosystem. The facility aims to enhance the travel experience for high-profile clients and international visitors, aligning with Dubai’s vision of becoming a global aviation hub.

As urban air mobility continues to gain traction worldwide, Falcon Executive Aviation’s initiative is poised to set a benchmark in the industry. The implications of this development are profound, potentially reshaping travel dynamics in one of the world’s most vibrant cities.

With the aviation landscape rapidly evolving, this project represents a pivotal moment for Dubai’s future. Authorities and stakeholders are watching closely as Falcon Executive Aviation prepares to launch this state-of-the-art terminal, which promises to redefine how residents and tourists alike navigate the skies.

Next Steps: The aviation community and potential travelers should stay tuned for further updates on the terminal’s opening and the specific launch date for eVTOL services, as this development could revolutionize urban transport in Dubai.
