URGENT UPDATE: Hopdoddy Burger Bar is set to open its sixth location in the Greater Austin area, with plans confirmed for a new eatery in Leander. The popular gourmet burger chain, which originated in Austin, is expected to welcome guests at 19389 Ronald W Reagan Blvd, Suite 100 in the summer of 2026.
According to the latest state permit, construction for the new restaurant is slated to begin in early 2026 and should conclude by June. If all goes according to plan, the highly anticipated opening could occur by July 2026. This news comes as Austin’s beloved burger joint continues to expand its footprint in Texas and beyond.
Hopdoddy Burger Bar is not your typical burger spot. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and sit-down dining experience, the restaurant features a full bar and a menu that includes more than just burgers.
