Despite the rain, the 30th Springfest Market Sunday in Ballarat attracted thousands of visitors who were undeterred by the weather. Held on October 8, 2023, the event featured over 450 market stalls, offering a variety of food, crafts, and live entertainment throughout the scenic Gardens Precinct at Lake Wendouree.

The local community gathered as Wendouree Parade was closed from Hamilton Avenue to St Aidans Drive, creating a pedestrian-friendly atmosphere. The funds generated from this year’s market will benefit several organizations, including Cafs, Phoenix P-12 Community College, Miners Rest Primary School, The Support People, and Ballarat High School.
