Body Fit Franchise Conference Returns to Cairns with 400+ Delegates

The Body Fit Training (BFT) franchise conference made a vibrant return on December 7, 2025, attracting over 400 delegates from across Australia and abroad. Hosted at the scenic Crystalbrook Riley and the Cairns Convention Centre, the event fostered connections among franchise partners and studio managers, celebrating the brand’s growth and community spirit.

Tara Bennett, general manager of partnerships and events for Tourism Tropical North Queensland, highlighted the advantages of Cairns as the perfect venue for such a significant gathering. She noted that the city seamlessly combines modern facilities with its relaxed tropical charm, offering an ideal backdrop for the conference’s theme of “Empower.”

Engaging Activities and Local Produce

The conference embraced Cairns’ outdoor lifestyle, with activities designed to enhance engagement among participants. The waterfront boardwalk connecting the Crystalbrook Riley to the convention centre played a pivotal role, serving as a route for the daily Run Club. Delegates enjoyed both jogging along the boardwalk and participating in BFT sweat sessions by the pool at the Riley.

In addition to physical activities, the event showcased the rich local produce of Tropical North Queensland, with menus designed to reflect the region’s culinary offerings. This focus on local ingredients not only enhanced the dining experience but also supported local businesses, aligning with the conference’s empowering theme.

Bennett expressed enthusiasm for the event’s success, stating, “The combination of our beautiful environment and the vibrant energy of the delegates created an unforgettable atmosphere.” The positive feedback from participants indicated that the conference not only met but exceeded expectations, underlining the importance of community and fitness within the BFT network.

The return of the Body Fit franchise conference in Cairns marks a significant milestone for the brand and the region, highlighting the strength of partnerships and the ongoing commitment to promoting health and wellness. With over 400 participants, this event is a testament to the thriving fitness community that BFT continues to cultivate.
