CAVA has officially opened its newest restaurant in Fort Mill, located at 2373 Len Patterson Road. The fast-casual chain, known for its Mediterranean-inspired offerings, will operate daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.. This opening marks another step in CAVA’s expansion as it aims to provide healthy dining options to the community.
The restaurant features a diverse menu that includes bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings, all crafted to promote a balanced lifestyle. In a statement, Scott Sheffield, Regional Director, emphasized the company’s commitment to hospitality and community engagement, stating, “Our mission is to bring heart, health, and humanity to food, and everything we do at CAVA is grounded in that spirit of generosity, to our guests, our team members, and our community.” Sheffield expressed enthusiasm about being part of the Fort Mill community and contributing to its growth.
Before the official opening, CAVA took the initiative to welcome local residents with a special event. The restaurant hosted a Community Day, offering free meals to guests while also encouraging donations to support a local cause. CAVA matched contributions up to $1,000 for the Fort Mill Care Center, underlining its commitment to social responsibility. This initiative is part of CAVA’s broader Community Day program, which has raised over $600,000 since its inception in 2019, primarily aimed at enhancing food security in local areas.
CAVA’s Fort Mill location is expected to employ between 25 to 40 local residents. The company focuses on hiring individuals who demonstrate hospitality and warmth, fostering an environment that supports career development. Employees benefit from competitive pay and a range of perks, including paid time off, healthcare, and access to mental health support through an Employee Assistance Program.
