Neuraxpharm Launches TraceLink MINT for Real-Time Supply Chain Data

UPDATE: Neuraxpharm has officially gone live with TraceLink’s Multienterprise Information Network Tower (MINT) as of December 18, 2025, revolutionizing its global supply chain network. This critical move aims to standardize real-time data exchange across its extensive partner ecosystem, vital for enhancing product availability and patient care.

The European specialty pharmaceutical company, renowned for treating central nervous system (CNS) disorders, faced significant challenges in managing over 3,000 SKUs across more than 100 markets. Fragmented systems and manual processes had previously hampered efficiency, causing delays and increasing costs. Essential supply chain information was shared via outdated methods such as emails and spreadsheets, leading to operational inefficiencies that affected lead times and product availability.

With MINT, Neuraxpharm is transforming its approach by digitalizing key processes and enabling immediate data flow between partners’ ERP systems. This enhancement means internal demand forecasts, once exchanged manually, can now be delivered to contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) within minutes of approval.

Burghard Burczyk, Chief Technology Officer at Neuraxpharm, emphasized the importance of this transition: “Product availability and reliable patient supply are our top priorities. The reliance on manual processes was slowing our ability to act on real-time information.” The integration of MINT facilitates a unified and transparent supply chain, ensuring that all stakeholders operate from a single source of truth.

This launch not only streamlines data exchange but also accelerates partner onboarding through the Business-to-Network, Integrate-Once™ model. Partners can connect effortlessly to the TraceLink network, eliminating the need for multiple integrations or complex data management. With access to over 291,000 authenticated trading partners, Neuraxpharm’s suppliers can now engage in efficient data exchanges, enhancing collaboration and scalability.

The implications extend beyond operational improvements. Neuraxpharm envisions using MINT as a foundation for its AI-driven forecasting and decision-making strategies. Burczyk noted, “The standardized, validated data exchanged through MINT supports our AI initiatives for forecast accuracy and data analysis.”

Shabbir Dahod, President and CEO of TraceLink, stated, “Organizations like Neuraxpharm demonstrate what the future of the supply chain looks like—integrated, collaborative, and guided by real-time data and intelligence.” This partnership marks a significant step toward a more agile and responsive pharmaceutical supply chain, ultimately benefiting patients who rely on these critical medications.

As this digital transformation unfolds, Neuraxpharm is set to redefine how pharmaceutical supply chains operate, paving the way for enhanced service quality and patient outcomes. The focus now shifts to how quickly the benefits of this integration will manifest across its global network.

Stay tuned for further updates as Neuraxpharm continues to innovate in the pharmaceutical landscape.
