Popular pop-up restaurant Pizza Lolo is set to open its first permanent location in East Nashville in March 2024. The new establishment will be part of the Lost and Found development, located at 3104 Gallatin Pike. Known for its authentic Neapolitan pizzas, Pizza Lolo has gained a following through various pop-up events and collaborations in the Nashville area.
The Lost and Found project aims to create a vibrant hospitality park, serving as a small-business incubator and community gathering space. Alongside Pizza Lolo, the development will also feature Birdie’s Wine Bar, which is designed to complement Pizza Lolo’s offerings. Birdie’s will provide a selection of Italian wines that pair well with the restaurant’s pizzas and charcuterie, enhancing the dining experience for patrons.
In addition to these main attractions, Lost and Found will include rotating food trucks, a cocktail bar, and various retail concepts, alongside pop-up markets that will foster a dynamic atmosphere. This initiative not only supports local businesses but also aims to enrich the community’s food and drink scene.
The opening of Pizza Lolo’s brick-and-mortar location marks an important milestone for the business, which has been operating successfully as a pop-up for several years. The transition to a permanent venue reflects the growing demand for its unique offerings and the establishment’s commitment to the local culinary landscape.
As the hospitality park prepares to open, anticipation builds for what promises to be a lively addition to East Nashville. With its focus on community, quality food, and local partnerships, Lost and Found is positioned to become a popular destination for both residents and visitors alike.
