Wonthaggi Motorcycles Expands Product Range to Serve Community

Wonthaggi Motorcycles and Power Equipment has embarked on an extensive expansion of its product range, aiming to enhance the services offered to its diverse clientele. Since taking ownership in March 2023, owners Craig Pringle, Mick Prezioso, and Tom Hall have focused on broadening the store’s offerings to better meet the needs of local farmers, riders, tradespeople, and homeowners.

The expansion is particularly evident in the motorcycle inventory. Wonthaggi Motorcycles has strengthened its long-standing partnership with Kawasaki and introduced a new line of Honda motorcycles. This addition complements their existing selection of Honda power equipment. The range of Kawasaki motorcycles has also seen notable growth, now featuring adventure bikes, dirt bikes, and selected road models, alongside the traditional agricultural and children’s bikes.

Enhanced Power Equipment Offerings

In addition to motorcycles, the power equipment section has experienced significant upgrades. The store now offers a wider variety of mowers to cater to both residential and commercial customers. Among the new products are Toro zero-turn mowers, Bad Boy mowers from the United States, as well as Walker and Razorback mowers. “Every mower has its own use, and we want to have the right mower for the right customer,” Pringle stated.

Another significant development over the past year is the introduction of Kioti tractors and farm implements, which the store is actively adding to its new tractor yard. This expansion reflects the owners’ commitment to serving the agricultural community in Wonthaggi and its surroundings.

A Commitment to Customer Service

With a history of 25 years in the community, Wonthaggi Motorcycles and Power Equipment has built a reputation for reliability and exceptional customer service. The new ownership team is dedicated to maintaining this standard. Pringle emphasized their enthusiasm for enhancing customer relations, stating, “We pride ourselves on customer service. We’re not perfect, but we are constantly striving for perfection.”

Looking ahead, the owners envision establishing Wonthaggi Motorcycles and Power Equipment as a comprehensive local store. “Our vision is to create a one-stop power equipment and motorcycle shop for the community, with our workshop continuing to service the local area in a timely and friendly way,” Pringle explained.

The owners are eager to foster a welcoming environment where community members feel comfortable visiting. “We are very excited to be here and we love meeting the local community,” he added. Their openness to feedback signifies a commitment to continually improve and adapt to the community’s needs.

As Wonthaggi Motorcycles and Power Equipment continues to grow, the owners remain focused on cultivating strong relationships with their customers. This dedication to service, combined with an expanded product offering, positions the store as a key player in the local market.
