Robex Set for First Gold Pour at Kiniero by Q4 2025

UPDATE: Robex Resources Inc. has confirmed it remains on track to achieve its first gold pour at the Kiniero Gold Project in Guinea by Q4 2025. This urgent announcement comes as construction progresses steadily, with significant milestones reached across various project components.

Construction efforts at the Kiniero Gold Project are advancing according to schedule and within budget, with no reported lost time injuries since January 2023. A remarkable 3,666,920 hours have been worked without incident, reflecting the company’s commitment to safety and efficiency on site.

The construction team has completed the final major concrete works for the process plant, which is currently 97% complete. The mill installation is also underway, with baseplates aligned and the SAG mill shell now being erected. These developments are crucial as they pave the way for the anticipated gold production later this year.

Robex’s Managing Director and CEO, Matthew Wilcox, expressed enthusiasm regarding the project’s progress: “We are now just several months away from first gold at Kiniero in Q4, and I continue to be impressed with how the project is taking shape and the level of professionalism and safety our teams demonstrate in their work on site each day.”

In addition to the construction of the process plant, the tailings facility’s Phase 1A liner installation has been completed, and mining contracts have already been signed. Equipment is being mobilized to ensure that operations kick off without delay.

Recent activities include the successful completion of Phase 1 grade control drilling at the Mansounia pit, with high-grade gold results reported earlier this month. Drilling at the nearby Sabali pit is progressing, with 16,990 meters drilled and results forthcoming.

Looking ahead, Robex plans to complete all concrete work for both the process plant and power station, while continuing the erection of critical mill components. The company is also in the process of awarding contracts for ore haulage, laboratory operations, and maintenance, ensuring that all systems are in place for a smooth transition into production.

As Robex pushes toward this pivotal milestone, stakeholders are keenly watching how these developments will unfold in the coming months. The successful launch of gold production in Guinea not only represents a significant achievement for the company but also holds substantial implications for the local economy and employment opportunities.

Stay tuned for further updates as Robex Resources Inc. nears its goal of first gold production at Kiniero, scheduled for Q4 2025. This project stands as a testament to the company’s dedication to advancing gold mining operations in West Africa, and the optimism surrounding its success continues to grow.
