The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was confirmed on March 4, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City. This collaboration aims to combine Open Campus’s blockchain infrastructure with Le & Associates’s recruitment expertise and SKALE’s innovative digital platform. Together, they will enable candidates to present verified achievements straight to potential employers, enhancing the hiring process significantly.
