The “AI+ Public Service” initiative has achieved notable success, with a customer service system that integrates hotlines, service counters, and self-service resources, resulting in a 98% hotline connectivity rate and over 95% accuracy in intelligent review processes.
Finally, Huawei launched the Global Public Service Ecosystem Alliance, which aims to consolidate industry resources to accelerate the implementation of AI-powered public services worldwide. Representatives from various sectors, including iSSTech, Linewell, Seeyon, Digihail, and Nexconn, participated in the launch, which signifies a collaborative effort to explore opportunities within the public service sector in the digital age.
