As of the upcoming General Assembly, Hakan Bulgurlu will step down as Chief Executive Officer, concluding an impactful 11-year tenure. His successor, Can Dinçer, currently serves as General Manager of Arçelik Türkiye and Chief Commercial Officer for South Asia and Turkey. This transition is part of a structured succession plan aimed at ensuring strategic continuity for the company.
Bulgurlu‘s tenure has been marked by substantial international expansion and a strong focus on sustainability. He has been with the Koç Group for 32 years and will remain on the Board of Beko B.V. until June 2026 to facilitate a seamless transition. Additionally, he will complete his term as President of APPLiA, the European home appliance association.
