Wellington is set to welcome a new culinary addition with the upcoming opening of Cluck Face Nashville Hot Chicken in June 2026. The fast-casual restaurant will be located at The Square at Lotis Wellington, positioned at the intersection of Forest Hill Boulevard and State Road 7. This vibrant community space also features other popular establishments such as Kura Revolving Sushi Bar and Foxtail Coffee.
The husband and wife duo, David and Nancy Chapman, are spearheading this venture, with David bringing over three decades of experience in the restaurant industry to the table. David Chapman expressed his enthusiasm about introducing Cluck Face’s offerings to the Florida market, stating, “In my opinion, it is simply the best chicken tender around.” His confidence stems from his firsthand experience with the brand’s signature chicken.
The menu at Cluck Face will feature a range of chicken tenders, available as meals, combos, sliders, and bowls. Customers will have the option to choose between country fried and Nashville hot styles, with varying heat levels from mild to extremely hot—a feature the restaurant has dubbed “cluck it.” Additional customization includes a selection of sauces such as ranch, spicy mayo, BBQ, and the popular comeback sauce. The menu will also include a variety of desserts, sides, and beverages to complement the main dishes.
Beyond serving delicious food, the Chapmans have plans for further expansion, eyeing locations in Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and West Palm Beach. David Chapman emphasized their commitment to integrating into the communities they serve, stating, “As a business owner, I put myself at the beck and call of the community I serve.” His dedication extends to mentoring local youth and participating in various community programs and events.
The launch of Cluck Face Nashville Hot Chicken promises not only to bring a new dining experience to Wellington but also to foster a sense of community engagement. As the opening date approaches, many residents are eager to see how this new restaurant will spice up the local food scene.
