Emangeo’s Brick Oven Pizza Set to Launch in Jacksonville

Emangeo’s Brick Oven Pizza is preparing to open its first sit-down restaurant in Jacksonville, Florida. The establishment has filed a permit with the Florida Department of Business and Regulation for a location at 10920 Baymeadows Road. This new venture is expected to enhance the local dining scene, particularly for pizza enthusiasts.

The restaurant will feature both New York and New Haven style pizzas, along with a gluten-friendly cauliflower crust option. Diners will have the flexibility to customize their pizzas with a wide range of toppings, including sausage, onions, mushrooms, pineapple, steak, and pickles. A brick oven capable of reaching temperatures up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit will be used to create the crisp, thin crust characteristic of New England style pizza, with pies ready in just three to five minutes.

Menu Highlights and Dining Experience

In addition to pizzas, Emangeo’s will offer grinders, which are sub sandwiches popular in New England. The menu includes options ranging from hearty chicken parmesan to a classic ham and cheese. This diverse selection aims to cater to a variety of tastes, making it an attractive dining choice for both lunch and dinner.

According to Business Debut, Emangeo’s was founded by owners George and Tina Schneider as a food truck in 2021. The business expanded to a carryout location in Green Cove Springs in 2023, and the Jacksonville restaurant will be their first full-service sit-down establishment.

The new location is slated to open by the end of December 2025. It is anticipated that the restaurant will operate as a fast-casual dining option during the day and transition to a full-service experience for dinner guests.

With its commitment to quality and a diverse menu, Emangeo’s Brick Oven Pizza is poised to become a popular destination for both locals and visitors in Jacksonville.
