Five Below Expands Footprint with New Store in Griffin

Retail chain Five Below is set to open a new location in Griffin, Georgia. The company has secured a lease at North Griffin Square, located at 1649 North Expressway, as reported by The City Menus. This expansion adds to the retailer’s presence in Georgia, where it currently operates 57 locations and boasts over 1,800 stores nationwide.

Founded in 2002 in Pennsylvania, Five Below specializes in offering a wide range of affordable products including toys, beauty items, books, and pet supplies. The brand has gained popularity for its commitment to providing high-quality goods at low prices, typically under $5.

As of now, the timeline for the opening of the Griffin store remains uncertain, as the site is still in the early development phase. The presence of other retailers is also anticipated in the area, including beauty chain Ulta, which will join Five Below in the North Griffin Square development.

This move highlights Five Below’s ongoing strategy of expanding its market reach, particularly in suburban areas where demand for affordable retail options is growing. As the company continues to grow, its focus remains on delivering value to its customers while adapting to local market needs.

The Griffin location represents an opportunity for the community to access a diverse selection of budget-friendly products, contributing to the local economy and enhancing retail options in the area.
