Ford’s Garage, a popular burger and brew establishment, is set to open a new location in Boynton Beach, Florida. Founded in Fort Myers in 2012, the restaurant has expanded rapidly since launching its franchising model, now boasting a total of 34 locations across the United States. The Boynton Beach site, located at 365 N Congress Ave, is scheduled to welcome guests by late October or early November 2023, according to Marc Brown, a founder of Ford’s Garage and President of 23 Restaurant Services.
The new venue will offer a spacious atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating, accommodating over 250 guests within its approximately 7,500 square feet of space. Guests can look forward to a diverse menu featuring the restaurant’s signature “Burgers of Fame.” Among the standout offerings will be the BBQ Brisket Burger, which includes sharp cheddar, bourbon BBQ sauce, hickory smoked brisket, applewood smoked bacon, red onions, and crispy onion straws on a brioche bun. Other highlights include the Bison Burger and the Jiffy Burger, which combines American cheese, applewood smoked bacon, crisp lettuce, and creamy peanut butter.
In addition to its renowned burgers, Ford’s Garage is known for its signature appetizer, the “Giant Funnel Tower of Jumbo Piston Onion Rings.” Brown emphasized the community connection that the restaurant fosters, stating, “We recognize people in each of our communities and attach people to certain burgers: there are local teachers, coaches, and other people who have done great things for their communities.”
Looking ahead, Ford’s Garage is not stopping at Boynton Beach. The company has recently signed its fourth new franchisee and is actively seeking to expand nationally through franchise development. Brown expressed enthusiasm for the growth potential, indicating that more locations are on the horizon.
