Paris Banh Mi to Open New Location at The Davis Collection

Paris Banh Mi, a popular Vietnamese bakery and café, is set to open a new location at 855 Russell Blvd, Suite 160 in The Davis Collection this winter. Franchisee Liem Nguyen confirmed that the establishment is taking over approximately 1,400 square feet of space in the shopping center, expanding the brand’s presence in California.

The café is renowned for its banh mi sandwiches, which feature classic French baguettes filled with a variety of Vietnamese ingredients, including grilled pork, lemongrass chicken, cold cuts, and tofu. Customers will have the option to enjoy their sandwiches on croissants or burger buns, offering a unique twist on traditional offerings.

In addition to its savory menu, Paris Banh Mi will provide a selection of desserts, such as cake slices, cheesecakes, and assorted pastries. The beverage list will include a wide range of Vietnamese drinks, featuring boba teas, matcha, iced coffee, and refreshing fruit slushes, catering to diverse tastes.

According to the company’s website, Paris Banh Mi currently operates 50 locations across the United States, including two others in California: Elk Grove and Clovis. Nguyen, who also manages the Elk Grove café, is launching this new venture in collaboration with partners Ken Tran and Nhi Tran.

The anticipated opening of Paris Banh Mi at The Davis Collection is scheduled for early January 2026. The new location is currently hiring for various positions, including full- and part-time baristas, cashiers, and kitchen staff. Interested applicants can submit their resumes to [email protected] for consideration.
