According to Carolyn Donchi, owner of The Centre, this partnership directly addresses the challenges faced by local residents. “For many residents, travelling to Melbourne for specialist appointments can be stressful and costly. Having Epworth specialists based in Bairnsdale removes that barrier and improves access to care closer to home,” she stated.
Local Member of Parliament Tim Bull attended the launch, emphasizing the importance of this initiative for the community.
