The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) has officially named its new Talent Hub in the Main Academic Building after prominent philanthropists, Dr. Yip Kit-Chuen and Madam Yuen Yuk Hing. This recognition comes as a result of a significant donation from Dr. Yip, the founder of G.E.W. Corporation Limited, aimed at supporting the university’s ongoing development and commitment to excellence in education.
A naming ceremony took place at HKUST, attended by numerous dignitaries, including Dr. Yip Kit-Chuen and his family, as well as university officials such as Prof. Nancy IP, HKUST President, and Prof. Yike GUO, HKUST Provost.
