Italy’s captain, Harry Manenti, reflected on the match, stating, “We haven’t played the perfect game despite showing promise in moments.” He underscored the importance of financial support for associate nations, emphasizing the need for more competitive opportunities. “If we keep getting support from the ICC, if we get more cricket, we’ll get more competitive,” he noted.
