Datavault AI to Showcase Innovations at CES 2026 in Las Vegas

Datavault AI Inc. has announced its participation in the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026, set to take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, from January 6 to 9, 2026. The company will exhibit its advanced technologies, including WiSA, ADIO, VerifyU, DVHolo, and Events Citadel, showcasing its commitment to innovation in data monetization and digital engagement solutions.

At CES 2026, Datavault AI plans to highlight significant advancements within its Acoustics Division. Notably, the company has experienced robust growth in intellectual property, with nine new patents issued in 2025, bringing its total to 63 issued or filed patents. This expansion reflects the increasing demand for WiSA wireless audio modules, which are rapidly being adopted across global set-top box deployments and premium audio products.

Strategic Partnerships and Product Advancements

Datavault AI’s WiSA-enabled products are currently shipping to several leading global brands, including Klipsch, Sagemcom, Bang & Olufsen, and KEF. These partnerships are pivotal as the market for wireless audio technology continues to expand. The core of the WiSA technology portfolio is built around advanced spatial HD sound transmission technologies, designed for interoperability and enhanced consumer experience.

The company has engaged a legal team from a prominent intellectual property law firm to spearhead a commercial licensing campaign. This initiative aims to capitalize on the growing interest in WiSA technology by establishing industry standards that further entrench its market position.

The ongoing development of WiSA’s Generation 2 (Gen 2) software-centric platform is also noteworthy. This platform promises improved performance, reduced latency, and enhanced reliability, making it particularly suitable for multi-speaker and commercial environments. Gen 2 software is already operational in various production settings, including set-top boxes and premium speaker systems, and is validated on leading semiconductor platforms such as Espressif Systems and Realtek Semiconductor.

Acquisition of New Technologies

In July 2025, Datavault AI expanded its technology portfolio through the acquisition of four patents and one pending patent application. The company also secured ownership of the Inaudible Tones® trademark and acquired SyncIN broadcast technology from Turner Global Media. These assets are being integrated into the Events Citadel applications, targeting sports, entertainment, and live events. This integration enhances Datavault AI’s capabilities in data-over-sound and acoustics-based signaling, which are critical for its broader data monetization strategies.

During CES 2026, Datavault AI aims to demonstrate its upcoming Gen 2 software release and showcase in-market deployments that illustrate the capabilities of its technologies. The company is eager to highlight WiSA’s evolution as a scalable and silicon-agnostic wireless audio platform.

Nathaniel Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI, emphasized the importance of product quality and intellectual property in establishing WiSA as a standard in acoustics. “The quality in engineering and ownership of the crucial IP is how we became a standard in acoustics with WiSA,” Bradley noted. He added that the company’s development of partnerships with Dolby Technologies and advancements in its product lines signify a strong commitment to innovation and market leadership.

Additionally, Datavault AI has reached a significant milestone by being included in the S&P Semiconductors Select Industry Index. This inclusion highlights the company’s growing influence within the semiconductor sector and its potential for future growth.

As Datavault AI prepares for CES 2026, it continues to focus on expanding its technological capabilities and establishing itself as a leader in the AI-driven data landscape. The company’s cloud-based platform is designed to provide comprehensive solutions across multiple industries, leveraging high-performance computing and innovative technologies to enhance data experiences and monetization strategies.
