According to information sourced from Macworld and reported by MacRumors, internal Apple documentation indicates the existence of two distinct models, identified by the codes J427 and J527.
These upcoming models are anticipated to cater to various consumer preferences, potentially featuring a 32-inch and a 27-inch version. The larger model is expected to boast enhanced audio capabilities and an improved selection of ports, alongside its increased screen size. Both models are rumored to incorporate ProMotion technology, enabling refresh rates of up to 120 Hz, while support for high dynamic range (HDR) is also likely.
In terms of connectivity, at least one Thunderbolt 5 port is mentioned, which promises to support a resolution of 5K at 120 Hz. The anticipated launch date could be as early as next week, coinciding with a series of significant product announcements from Apple.
Design and Features
Despite the exciting new features, design modifications are not expected with the upcoming models.
