Nature’s Miracle Holding Inc., Datavault AI Inc., and Harrison Global Holdings Inc. have officially launched the X Club, aiming to enhance the global adoption of XRP. This initiative was unveiled at the XRP Seoul Global Conference on September 21, 2025, marking a significant step forward for the XRP community.

The X Club’s primary mission focuses on promoting the adoption of the XRP Digital Treasury Strategy among public companies worldwide. It seeks to engage existing stakeholders in the XRP ecosystem, with a goal of enhancing the use of XRP in cross-border payments, tokenization, and investment strategies. Membership in the X Club will be open to all stakeholders within the XRP community.

Three core objectives will guide the activities of the X Club:

1. **Technological and Application Research**: The club will utilize the native XRPL technology to optimize XRP adoption across various industries and applications.

3. **Regulatory Standards**: The X Club plans to collaborate with Ripple and other regulatory bodies to establish relevant industry standards for compliance.

James Li, Chairman of Nature’s Miracle Holding Inc., expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration: “We are excited to work with Datavault AI and Harrison Global to launch the X Club in Korea, which is one of the most important markets for XRP. This is an exciting time for the adoption of XRP in many areas around the world, and the X Club will greatly facilitate the discussion surrounding XRP.”

Nate Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI, noted that the launch of the X Club will streamline their process by leveraging XRPL technology for their Element Exchange. He emphasized the potential for collaboration with both Nature’s Miracle and Harrison Global.

Ryoshin Nakade, Co-CEO of Harrison Global Holdings Inc., commented on the significance of the X Club: “We are truly honored to announce the establishment of the ‘X Club’ at the XRP Seoul Global Conference. This club serves as an international collaborative platform to promote cross-border payments, tokenization, and digital treasury strategies utilizing XRP. As a founding member, Harrison Global is committed to actively contributing to this initiative.”

The three companies have agreed on immediate action steps that include establishing a working group to explore cross-border payment and tokenization opportunities, publishing a white paper on best practices in these areas, and forming partnerships with all stakeholders in the XRP community.
