Alycia Jack has been appointed as the new Head of PR, taking on a social-first strategy that will drive PR initiatives for major clients including Officeworks, Intrepid Travel, and Bakers Delight. Damian Davitt continues his role as Head of Social and Content, focusing on culturally relevant projects for clients like Boost Juice and TAC. Meanwhile, Sophie Truter transitions into the role of Head of Integrated, and Sofya Daroy steps up as the People, Performance, and Culture Director.

In a statement, Elly Hewitt, co-founder and National CEO of alt/shift/, emphasized the importance of these promotions: “There’s nothing more rewarding than watching brilliant people thrive. Their growth is powering our agency forward, and our clients are already feeling the impact.”

Jack, who has dedicated six years to alt/shift/, will leverage her extensive experience to oversee PR strategies that integrate social media insights. Davitt, with four years at the agency, will lead content strategies that prioritize performance and cultural relevance. Daroy, after nearly seven years in operations, will now guide the agency’s culture and performance strategies, ensuring that alt/shift/ maintains a vibrant and productive workplace.

These promotions reflect the agency’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering leadership from within, a move that the company believes will resonate positively with its clients.

Hewitt added, “We couldn’t be prouder of our Shifties and what they bring to the agency every day. Their expertise inspires us.”

The agency’s transformation is already generating buzz among industry observers, highlighting a promising outlook for alt/shift/ as it continues to evolve in a competitive market.
