Crime Stoppers Launches Urgent Hunt for Casey’s 8 Most Wanted

UPDATE: Crime Stoppers Victoria has launched an urgent appeal to locate Casey’s eight most wanted individuals, collectively linked to 60 arrest warrants for serious offences including car theft, burglary, and drug-related crimes. This blitz comes as authorities seek community assistance in capturing these suspects, whose activities pose significant threats to public safety.

Crime Stoppers Victoria’s chief executive, Stella Smith, emphasized the critical role of community involvement in this initiative. “If you have any information about any of these Wanted Persons, even the smallest piece of information can help lead to a conviction. Everyone has a part to play in keeping their community safe,” she stated.

Residents in the Casey area are urged to contact Crime Stoppers if they recognize any of the wanted individuals or have relevant information. Smith reassured the public about the confidentiality of the reporting process, saying, “We understand that people may feel anxious when coming forward with information. We want to remind the community that Crime Stoppers is a confidential crime reporting service that does not require you to provide your personal details.”

The following individuals are on the wanted list:

– **Stuart Confoy**, 49 years old, 178 cm, solid build, hazel eyes, brown hair. Confoy is wanted for contravening a community corrections order, burglary, and car theft, with a total of seven warrants issued for his arrest. He is known to frequent the Clyde area.

– **Dan Fan**, 52 years old, 165 cm, medium build, brown eyes, black hair. Fan is sought for failing to answer bail and theft, with ten warrants against her. She often visits the Cranbourne area.

– **Brodie Ide**, 31 years old, 175 cm, medium build, brown eyes, black hair. Ide is wanted for failing to answer bail, contravening a community order, and theft, facing eight warrants. He is known to frequent Narre Warren.

– **Mark Johnson**, 48 years old, 175 cm, medium build, blue eyes, brown hair. Johnson is wanted for car theft, theft, and driving while disqualified, with seven warrants issued. He usually frequents Hallam.

– **Daniel Kerkvliet**, 34 years old, 185 cm, thin build, blue eyes, brown hair. Kerkvliet faces charges for careless driving and driving while disqualified, with a total of seven warrants. He is known to be in the Hampton Park area.

– **Jack Li**, 29 years old, 170 cm, solid build, brown eyes, brown hair. Li is wanted for reckless conduct endangering serious injury, criminal damage, and possessing methylamphetamine, with six warrants against him. He is known to frequent Narre Warren.

– **Amanniwal Nyieker**, 24 years old, 190 cm, thin build, brown eyes, black hair. Nyieker is wanted for trafficking cocaine, car theft, and unlicensed driving, with eight warrants against him. He is known to frequent Cranbourne North.
