KFSHRC Joins Urgent Healthcare Summit in Japan, Keynote by Dr. Alfayyadh

URGENT UPDATE: The King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSHRC) is set to make a significant impact at the upcoming C3 Davos of HealthcareTM Japan Summit on September 24, 2025, in Tokyo. This pivotal event, themed “A Tri-Nation Collaboration: Building Bridges Beyond Borders in Healthcare,” will unite global leaders, policymakers, and innovators, emphasizing the urgent need for international healthcare collaboration.

Leading KFSHRC’s delegation is H.E. Dr. Majid Alfayyadh, CEO and Saudi Royal Court Advisor, who will deliver a keynote address titled “King Faisal’s Vision for Integrated Healthcare & Investing in a New Infrastructure for Modern Medicine.” Dr. Alfayyadh will outline Saudi Arabia’s strategy to create a connected, patient-centered healthcare ecosystem, spotlighting initiatives that include digital health advancements, hospital expansions, and enhancements in medical education.

Dr. Alfayyadh’s insights will delve into the role of public-private partnerships, foreign investments, and regulatory reforms in shaping the future of healthcare in the Kingdom. KFSHRC is not only participating but is also poised to lead discussions on pressing topics. Dr. Esam Abdullah Al Banyan, Chief Education & Training Officer, will engage in a session titled “How the US & Japan Can Contribute to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 in Healthcare.” This discussion will focus on collaboration opportunities in biotechnology, robotics, and aging care, highlighting the urgent need for innovative solutions in these critical areas.

Additionally, Dr. Osama AlSwailem, Assistant Chief Executive Officer at KFSHRC, will join the session “Incorporating Healthcare Data & Genomics into AI Models to Identify Rare Diseases.” This session emphasizes the importance of leveraging data science and precision medicine to enhance early diagnosis and treatment outcomes.

Both Dr. Al Banyan and Dr. AlSwailem will also serve as judges at the Startup Showcase, underscoring KFSHRC’s commitment to fostering innovation-driven healthcare entrepreneurship.
