Oilmar DMCC Launches Urgent Charity Initiative for 10th Anniversary

BREAKING: Oilmar DMCC has just announced a transformative initiative to commemorate its 10th anniversary. The company is launching “10 Years. 10 Charities. One Responsibility.”, a major giving initiative that connects each year of its journey to vital charitable partners and causes that reflect its commitment to global trade responsibility.

Founded in 2015 during turbulent energy markets, Oilmar has grown into a global powerhouse in bunker and cargo trading, employing over 80 professionals across six trading hubs on three continents. This milestone not only marks a decade of resilience and growth but also underscores the company’s dedication to contributing meaningfully to society.

Yusif Mammadov, Owner of Oilmar DMCC, emphasized the importance of character in business, stating,

“In moments of calm, any company can appear strong. True strength is revealed in times of adversity…”

He added, “As we mark ten years, we choose to honor our journey not through celebration alone, but through meaningful contribution.”

The initiative will spotlight various charities each year, focusing on critical areas such as humanitarian response, maritime welfare, medical support, hunger relief, sustainability, and marine protection. Notable partners include Emirates Red Crescent, The Mission to Seafarers, IHH Humanitarian Relief, Project CURE, Environmental Defence Fund, Cancer Research UK, World Central Kitchen, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Direct Relief, and MSC Foundation.

This initiative comes at a crucial time as the logistics and energy sectors are under increasing scrutiny for their social impact. Mammadov stated,

“Logistics and energy connect the world, but they also have a direct impact on people’s lives.”

As Oilmar looks ahead, the company aims to redefine success not just in financial performance but also in its responsibility to communities and the oceans that sustain global trade.

The announcement signals a significant shift in how businesses in the energy sector view their roles in society. As Oilmar DMCC embarks on this charitable journey, it sets a precedent for other companies to follow suit, highlighting the importance of corporate responsibility in a rapidly changing world.

As part of this initiative, Oilmar will be actively engaging with its charitable partners throughout the year, showcasing their impactful work and how they align with the company’s values. This is a call to action for other businesses to recognize their potential for social impact.

Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story as Oilmar DMCC takes significant steps towards making a difference in the community and beyond.
