UPDATE: A dramatic police chase unfolded on the Hume Freeway in Balmattum after an allegedly stolen all-terrain vehicle (ATV) was pursued by law enforcement on December 29. The incident began around 1 PM when officers responded to reports of a theft near Balmattum Church Rd.
