“We are incredibly excited to continue strengthening our partnerships with these passionate franchisees,” said Lynette McKee, Senior Vice President of Franchising. The new location will be managed by franchisee Jingesh Patel, who promises to deliver the same quality and experience Potbelly is known for.

The announcement comes as part of Potbelly’s aggressive growth plan, which has seen franchisees rapidly reinvest in the brand due to its widespread appeal. McKee emphasized that as soon as franchisees open their shops, they experience immediate success, further solidifying Potbelly’s presence in new markets.

As the construction progresses, local residents and sandwich enthusiasts will be eagerly anticipating the grand opening. This new location not only represents an expansion for Potbelly but also brings new job opportunities and culinary options to the Austin community.
