BREAKING: A devastating Russian attack on Ukraine has resulted in at least 10 fatalities, including two children, in the northeastern city of Kharkiv. This assault, characterized by a barrage of 480 drones and 29 missiles, has wreaked havoc on residential areas and critical infrastructure.

The national grid operator, Ukrenergo, announced emergency power cuts across seven regions as a result of the attacks. Additionally, Russia targeted four railway stations and port infrastructure in southern Odesa, igniting containers of vegetable oil and damaging a grain warehouse.
