Student Dies, 13 Hospitalized in Urgent School Bus Crash

URGENT UPDATE: A tragic school bus crash in Stonehaven, near Geelong, has resulted in the death of a student and left 13 people hospitalized, with two in critical condition. The incident occurred on Wednesday morning, prompting immediate responses from local authorities and healthcare providers.

According to Barwon Health, 12 of the 13 injured are under the age of 18, with two individuals in serious condition. Local authorities, including Victoria Police, have confirmed that the Hamilton Highway is closed in both directions between Burnside Road and Friend-In-Hand Road due to the serious collision.
