Urgent Dashcam Footage Captures Life-Threatening Hit-and-Run

BREAKING: Shocking dashcam footage has surfaced showing a hit-and-run incident that left a man in his 30s fighting for his life on the Bruce Highway, just north of Brisbane. The incident occurred on Thursday afternoon, drawing immediate attention from authorities and the public.

The footage reveals a blue Toyota Camry crashing into the rear of a vehicle that had stopped due to traffic congestion near North Lakes. In a dramatic turn of events, the driver of the Camry exited to confront the other driver. However, the situation escalated as the Camry driver reversed, striking both the victim and his car’s door before fleeing the scene at high speed.

The victim was seen being thrown onto the road and, despite his injuries, managed to limp back to his vehicle. He sustained serious abdominal and leg injuries and was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a life-threatening condition, according to the Queensland Ambulance Service.

Authorities are now urgently appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the incident to come forward. The police are focused on gathering any evidence that could assist in locating the driver responsible for this dangerous act.
