UPDATE: The Windsor Wolves Junior Rugby League Club has just capped off a sensational 2025 season, claiming four grand final victories at the Panthers Juniors Grand Finals held on September 13-14 at the Windsor Leagues Club Sports Complex.
Thousands of enthusiastic supporters packed the venue to witness two exhilarating days of top-tier rugby league, with 11 Wolves teams competing for the championship titles. The Wolves proudly secured victories in the Under 13/2, Under 17/1 Tier B, Under 19s Division 1, and Open Men’s Reserve Grade categories, showcasing the club’s outstanding talent and determination.
Adding to their triumph, one of the Wolves’ squads emerged victorious in the prestigious Battle of the West the following week, decisively defeating Parramatta’s top junior side. This remarkable achievement underscores the club’s dominance in local rugby league.
The Wolves’ success is a testament not only to their on-field prowess but also to a vibrant community culture. The club proudly boasts an impressive 81% player retention rate, which is 6% above the NSWRL national average, highlighting its commitment to fostering a family-first environment for athletes of all ages.
In 2025, the Wolves fielded a total of 52 teams consisting of 818 players, including 96 females, marking a significant growth in girls’ rugby league participation.
