Savannah Dorsett, from Davidson Court, Orange, was found guilty in her absence at Bathurst Local Court on September 24, 2025.
The incident unfolded on the evening of May 21 at a local hotel in Bathurst. As a nearby player celebrated a feature win, he momentarily left his machine to grab a drink from the bar. During his absence, Dorsett seized the opportunity, taking the ticket and moving to another poker machine.
