Stanton needed just four goals going into the game to reach this remarkable milestone, becoming only the second player in two years to achieve this feat.
In a remarkable display of skill, Stanton kicked three goals before finally securing his 100th. Although he initially missed a shot for the milestone, he quickly redeemed himself, delighting teammates and fans alike. “It’s a bit crazy,” Stanton remarked after the game. “It’s still not settled in.”
