HCGZ, a prominent player in logistics technology, showcased an impressive range of innovative products at CeMAT ASIA 2025, held in Shanghai from October 28 to 31. The exhibition highlighted new solutions that cater to both domestic and international markets, with a focus on efficient logistics applications such as goods-to-person and pallet-to-person systems.
In the goods-to-person display area, HCGZ introduced the YT50 robot, part of their Flash Ladder Series. This advanced robot operates using natural contour navigation technology, allowing for quick deployment without requiring site modifications. It supports the simultaneous operation of over a hundred units and can function continuously for 24 hours a day. With a load capacity of 50 kilograms and a positioning accuracy of ±3 mm, the YT50, alongside the AM50, efficiently adapts to real-time demands, managing traffic fluctuations during busy periods.
The innovative “Ants + Picking” model combines two types of robots with shelves and an intelligent warehouse management system. This integration facilitates seamless handling of inbound and outbound tasks, inventory management, and sorting, all while maintaining high throughput and storage density. The solution aims to standardize order picking operations that require flexibility and efficiency.
New Developments in Handling Robotics
In the pallet-to-person sector, HCGZ unveiled the EzGo, a new handling robot designed for ultra-high-density operations. Its features include intelligent obstacle avoidance, rapid battery replacement, and optimized scheduling for close-range tasks. The three-point counterbalanced automated guided vehicle (AGV) is engineered to adapt to various hydraulic attachments, making it suitable for fully automated indoor operations as well as complex scenarios, including loading containers both indoors and outdoors.
The Z Series Four-way Shuttle Warehouse also made an impact at the fair. This advanced storage system is capable of quickly maneuvering and changing directions within shelf aisles, maximizing space utilization. At the exhibition, it was demonstrated in conjunction with a 1.5-ton laser-guided mini stacker, enhancing pallet picking and handling capabilities. This integrated approach promises to significantly boost logistics efficiency for companies looking to optimize their operations.
HCGZ’s presence at CeMAT ASIA 2025 underscores the company’s commitment to advancing logistics technology. The new products presented not only demonstrate cutting-edge innovations but also address the growing demands of the logistics sector. As businesses increasingly seek efficient solutions, HCGZ’s offerings are positioned to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of warehouse operations.
